1.  TICKET POLICY:  

  • All Sales are Final.  

  • No refunds are issued unless the company cancels the show. 

  • Tickets purchased are only valid for the show purchased.  

  • No swapping or substitutions are permitted for different shows.  

  • Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date within the same production provided seats are available.

  • Tickets must be purchased in advance of the show.

  • If patrons fail to attend the night of the show, the ticket price is NOT refundable nor can it be exchanged for another show.

  • No tickets are mailed.  An email receipt will be delivered to your inbox which should be printed and brought to the show.

 

2.  CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE POLICY:  Tickets may be cancelled at any time, however no refunds are given.  Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date within the same production only if seats are available, but cannot be exchanged for a different show.  

 

3.  SEATING POLICY:  Seat assignment is NOT guaranteed.  Occasionally, we will need to rearrange the seating of patrons in order to sell out a show.  In the event that this happens we will not split up your party.  Seating at each table is limited to 8 patrons ONLY.  No exceptions will be made.

 

4.  LATE ARRIVALS:  Dinner begins promptly at the designated time.  Late arrivals will not be served dinner courses that have already been served (salad, soup, etc.).  

 

5.  GROUP DISCOUNT POLICY:  No group discounts are given.  If your group would like to book the house for a particular show, it might be possible to add a date to our performance run in order to accommodate your group.  Full payment will be required in advance.

 

6.  HANDICAP POLICY:  Special accommodations can be made if needed.  Please call in advance so arrangements can be made.

 

7.  SMOKING POLICY:  Smoking is not permitted in the building or within 50 feet of the entrance doorway.  Smokers, please move to the side lot next to the building.

 

8.  SHOW/DINNER PACKAGE POLICY:  The dinner and show are presented for public consumption as a package and cannot be sold separately.

 

9.  DRESS CODE:  The dress code is business casual.  

 

10.  INFANT POLICY:  Recommended age limit is 7 years or older.  No discounts for children are offered.  "Baby in arms" not permitted.

 

11.  CELL PHONE POLICY:  Cell phones should be silenced prior to the performance.  

 

12.  CAMERAS/VIDEO TAPING POLICY:  Our shows are proprietary (owned by Southern Broadway Theater Company).  No flash photography allowed.  No video taping of the performance is allowed.  Pictures are permitted following the performance.

 

13.  HOLD POLICY:  Seats may be held for 24 hours.  Seats will be released for sale if not purchased within the 24 hour holding period.

 

14.  DIETARY NEEDS POLICY:  The meal for each performance coincides with the theme of the show.  Substitutions or alternative menu items will not be offered.  No food is allowed to be brought into the building for consumption.  We cannot offer take out requests.

 

15.  ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES POLICY:  We do not own the building.  We rent the venue and the building owners do not permit the consumption of alcohol on the premises.  Alcoholic beverages are not offered for public consumption and are not permitted on the premises.

 

16.  NUISANCE POLICY:  We reserve the right to refuse service or ask someone to leave the premises if they are acting in an inappropriate and disruptive manner.
